Call, email, or jump straight into the onboarding terminal to submit your carrier packet — a dedicated dispatcher connects with you immediately.

We've got answers.

Everything owner-operators ask before partnering with UNA Logistics. Don't see your question? Call dispatch.

How much does UNA Logistics charge for dispatching?

We work on a percentage-based model — typically a small percentage of each load we book for you. There are no upfront fees, no monthly retainers, and no charges for loads we don't dispatch. You only pay when you get paid. Exact percentage depends on your fleet size and freight type, discussed during onboarding.

Do I need my own authority and MC number to work with you?

Yes. You need an active MC number and your own operating authority. If you're leased to a carrier under their authority, we can still dispatch you, but coordination runs through that carrier's operating setup. Our team can help clarify your specific situation during onboarding.

What equipment types do you dispatch?

We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, and power only. Our dispatchers have lane and broker expertise across all major equipment types, so you're always working with someone who understands your freight and your rates.

How fast will a dispatcher actually respond?

Our average response time is 0.4 seconds during operational hours, and we're staffed 24/7. When you call or message your dispatcher, you get a human — not a queue, not a chatbot, not a voicemail.

Can I still run my own loads if I want to?

Absolutely. You're never locked into taking only UNA-dispatched loads. Many of our carriers self-dispatch a portion of their freight and use us for the rest. We're here to fill your gaps and maximize your miles — not to control your business.

Do you handle factoring and invoicing?

Yes. We prepare and submit your load packets — BOLs, rate cons, invoices, and any factoring documents your factor requires. We follow up on unpaid invoices and detention claims. We work with most major factoring companies and can coordinate directly with yours.

Which states and lanes do you cover?

We cover all 48 contiguous United States. Whether you run regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes, we have broker relationships and rate data across the country. Tell us your preferred lanes during onboarding and we'll prioritize freight that fits.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contracts. Our relationship with carriers is built on performance, not paperwork. If we're not delivering value, you're free to move on. Most of our carriers stay because the rates and service speak for themselves.

What happens if I break down or have an issue mid-load?

Call your dispatcher. We coordinate with the broker, reschedule appointments, and help find a recovery solution if needed. We don't disappear when things get complicated — that's exactly when a real dispatch partner matters most.

How do I get started?
